Position Summary:
AIG has an opportunity for an Account Manager in our Commercial Casualty division.
Performance Objectives:
-Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with the client broker and AIG.
-Foster a positive team environment with Underwriting, Claims, MMS, RMIS, and Loss Control to ensure that all elements of the client service program are followed closely.
-Ensure compliance with all items in the client Legal Agreement.
-Ensure that all AIG Best Practices are closely followed.
-Assist Claims and Medical Management Teams in identifying areas of opportunity for each business unit to enhance their workers comp program.
-Participate in all client Quarterly Workers Compensation Council Meetings.
-Work closely with RMIS to ensure that we are meeting client extensive systems requirements.
-Work with AIG RMIS to ensure that the monthly loss billing flows smoothly.
-Resolve any billing / reconciliation issues that arise.
-Work closely with DNA to ensure that our Claims offices have all of the information they need to successfully manage the client claims.
-Coordinate the delivery of Posting Notices each year.
-Ensure that any state penalties and criticisms are quickly resolved.
-Work closely with UTC, Underwriting and Claims on renewals to ensure all UTC service specifications are met.
-Address any certificate requests and issues.
-Coordinate with Fusion to make sure Program Adjustments are completed timely and accurately.
-Work with Underwriting to ensure legal agreements are executed timely.
-Work with Underwriting, broker and client to ensure collateral is posted timely.
Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
-5 years of experience handling loss sensitive business for Fortune 200 companies.
-Experience with claims handling activities.
-Strong Knowledge of collateral vehicles to finance insurance loss exposures.
-Ability to communicate program adjustments to our client base.
