Position Description:
WorldSource Domestic/Foreign Casualty in Houston has a significant demand for service on a large and growing book of business. Risk management.
accounts domiciled in this region, underwritten in Houston and other regional offices, are a significant component of the overall consulting demand in the region. This position provides risk control services to WorldSource and other profit center as appropriate to address and reduce frequency/severity of claims tied to customers, completion of Best Practice Assessments, Internal Risk Assessments/QRE and gathering of information requested by the business partner. The position will handle multiple tasks and duties developing good strong relationships with business partners, brokers, and customers. This position will utilize statistical analysis to design and develop effective risk prevention programs pertaining to workers compensation, general liability and auto liability coverage's; will deal and manage various state regulatory compliance requirements.
Position Requirements
Extensive expertise in management and servicing multi-line risk control techniques.
Outstanding skills in program development, training, and implementation of effective Loss Prevention programs. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding analytical problem solving skills.
Must be self-motivated and team player.
Excellent marketing and presentation skills.
Extensive background working with Fortune 1000 size companies.
Preferred industry certification/designations beyond college (i.e. CSP, CPCU, ARM, Masters, etc.)
