Position Description:
WorldSource provides a corporate and national accounts product consisting of international coverage and related services including: Foreign Commercial General Liability, Foreign Automobile Liability/Physical Damage, Foreign Voluntary Workers Compensation, Defense Base Act, Travel Accident & Sickness, Foreign Property, Kidnap & Ransom, Commercial Crime, Ocean Cargo and Political Risk.
Position Requirements
- Successfully maintaining and servicing assigned renewal portfolio as well as attainment of new business production objectives.
- Aggressive marketing and cross-selling skills to achieve production goals and strategies.
- Maintaining and further developing productive broker relationships, identifying new business opportunities for this division as well as new business cross-sell opportunities for other Chartis divisions.
- Analyzing and underwriting accounts, adhering to division guidelines, utilizing appropriate systems for quoting, binding, policy issuance and sales & marketing functions.
- Travel throughout assigned territory as required.
- Experience underwriting Multinational accounts and Defense Base Act exposure is preferred.
- Previous Commercial property & casualty production underwriting experience is required.
International underwriting experience and/or knowledge of multiple lines of commercial coverage is desired.
- Effective sales presentation, communication and relationship management skills. Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong computer skills
- Effective time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Available for travel throughout assigned territory.
- Bachelor Degree in applicable field preferred.
