Position Description:
Each attorney will handle workers compensation appearances, hearings, depositions and other administrative transactions. The attorneys will be required to market and train their claims clients and assist in WC expansion. Attorneys may potentially work remotely in the future and must be a self starter who is technologically adept.
Position Requirements
J.D. and NY Bar Admission required; 3-5 years experience for one position and 6-9 years experience for the other in handling workers' compensation files, the knowledge of NY workers’ compensation practice and procedure and the ability to handle a high volume of workers’ compensation assignments is also required. Must be an independent self starter who can work remotely and is technologically adept.
